Middlesex all-rounder Martin Andersson will join Derbyshire on a two-year deal at the end of the season.
The 27-year-old has scored 2,089 runs and claimed 106 wickets across all three formats of the game for Middlesex since making his professional debut in 2018.
He has made 94 appearances across County Championship, One-Day Cup and T20 Blast competitions since emerging from the club’s academy.
Andersson, who also had a loan spell at Derbyshire earlier in his career, will move to the County Ground as the club’s first winter signing ahead of the 2025 season.
“Martin is a player who can offer a lot with bat and ball, and it’s great to welcome him to our squad for next season and beyond,” Derbyshire head of cricket Mickey Arthur told the club website., external
